VTTV can visualise any written training material a client would like visualised.
We develop customised, site-specific visual training systems that can be
accessed at any time and anywhere.
Customisation
All visual training videos are recorded on the learners' physical working site. They are recorded using the employees themselves in the clothes that they work in and in the environment they operate in.
Content Development
VTTV have been actively developing skills training programmes that are based on the SETA unit standards and deployed on the VTTV Training Platform. The training material has been developed in conjunction with subject matter experts in their respective fields and in partnership with the mining and hospitality industries.
Communication
VTTV can craft communications distributed through the incentivised training solution. Employers can measure whether or not the employee fully understands the message via a custom questionnaire.
